This project will work with community members in Dumfries and Galloway to plan and deliver local projects that address local affordable housing needs.
Based on research suggesting that COVID-19 societal shifts will lead to an increase in demand for affordable, energy efficient homes, the project aims to build a picture of future community needs. This will result in a report that presents and summarises the key findings from community working groups an outline design for a post-coronavirus affordable home.
