This project will see Wales Council for Voluntary Action and partner School of International Futures work with two geographical communities and one community of interest (most likely young people) in Wales. The aim will be to help the three communities identify their preferred possible futures, then develop projects to take active steps towards achieving those aims. In doing this, the partners intend to strengthen the communities’ ability to plan for the future using the established ‘Seeds of Hope’ model.
